**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven accounting professional looking for an exceptional opportunity to advance their career. The Accounting Manager sits within a vibrant accounting team based in Kirchberg, Luxembourg reporting directly to our Controller. You will play a pivotal role in our office, working alongside a team of three dedicated accountants. This role is not just about numbers; it's about bringing your proactive, agile mindset to support both our Investment and Corporate accounting team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage general accounting for a management company and SPVs.
- Assist with US GAAP/Lux GAAP/Local GAAP conversions and review
- Prepare supporting schedules/reconciliations
- Assist with statutory reporting filings and preparation of financial statements
- Review bank reconciliations and manage cash for wholly owned and JV entities
- Recording journal entries, including closing journal entries
- Budget to actual and other variance analysis
- Reviewing and preparing due diligence questionnaire responses
- Provide ad-hoc support for requests and special projects, as required

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years' relevant experience, preferably from Private Equity fund
- Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance; Lux GAAP experience (US GAAP exposure would be an advantage)
- In depth understanding of basic VAT/CIT
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage volume of data, detail oriented
- Enthusiastic, hands-on and proactive with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, willing to learn and contribute to the team
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel required; Yardi experience is a plus
