**About the company**:
Our client is a very important multinational company, with more than 30 brands owned all over the world, specialized in security systems that provides innovative and secure solutions in mechanical security, combined with digital, mobile and interconnected electronic solutions. The client is currently looking for an Accounting Manager based in Luxembourg.

**About the job**:
You will be responsible for enforcing the Client's accounting and tax expenses. You will report functionally to the HQ Controller based in the USA and hierarchically to the CFO Director of the company. The position will have an immediate impact on the success of the company. Specifically, you will:

- Be the main responsible for the accounting operations of the Client's entities;
- Manage company transactions (invoicing, bills, etc);
- Lead audits;
- Carry on financial reports;
- Assist with the board meetings and discuss financial decisions with board members;
- Sign document in relation to the company and subsidiaries (new loans, new acquisitions, modifications, annual accounts of the subsidiaries, etc..);
- Maintain a low level of expenses;
- Support compliance and regulations team in EMEIA;
- Improve hedge coverage to reduce the risks in Luxembourg;
- Lead the accounting for long-term debt;
- Travel once a year to the US.
- 8-12 years experience in the Finance area;
- Experience in Public Accounting;
- Experience in or for the USA;
- Assisted at board meetings in the past;
- Be able to manage and control many different currencies;
- Oracle and Excel proficient;
- Business-oriented and multi-disciplinary;
- English is a must. Other languages will be highly appreciated.
