- You will be in direct contact with senior stakeholders, reports directly into Z&P management. The function has a dotted reporting line to the Luxembourg finance director.
- You will work on the bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts. You will prepare bank statements, bank transfers and payments to suppliers. You will contribute to the preparation of the monthly and annual closing. You will be in charge of the reconciliation of time sheets with billing data to prepare and book client invoices for several entities. You will ensure compliance with reporting requirements (internal and external). You will monitor and take appropriate action in regards to cash collection. You will analyse and explain differences between actual and forecast numbers. You will prepare drafting of reforecasts and budgets You will support external audits You will assist the teams in the client onboarding process by creating the client billing data in the internal systems. You will participate to ad hoc projects such as integrations and process improvements.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or Management
- Fluent French and English speaking
- Sound excel skills
- IT savvy (accounting and reporting system)
- Experience: 5 years minimum in an accounting position
- Experience with Exact Globe or Sage BOB are an advantage but not required.
- Familiar with Luxembourg GAAP
