Description
Oversee the administration of a diverse portfolio of funds, management companies, and related fund structures, maintaining close communication with clients and intermediaries as needed.Manage all company secretarial tasks, including attending board and shareholder meetings and preparing meeting minutes.Handle and coordinate both routine and complex fund operations.Maintain accurate investor records and process any updates, changes, or transfers accordingly.Prepare and execute manual and electronic payment instructions to cover fund expenses and ensure the electronic payments library is kept up to date.Train team members on electronic banking systems and manage the setup of new bank accounts.Ensure all regulatory and statutory filings are completed on time.Oversee the distribution and proper filing of accounts.Support and guide junior staff, acting as a mentor under the direction of senior colleagues.Exigences
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French, German, or another European language is an advantage.A university degree, ideally in law, finance, or business administration, or pursuing/holding a relevant fund or corporate administration qualification (e.g., ICSA certificate level or equivalent). 3–5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.Excellent organizational abilities, with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.A high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Advanced proficiency in computer applications is essential.Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business partners.
