Description
You will ensure the daily follow-up of the integration of operations (purchases, sales, income, call for funds, fees, foreign exchange operations, etc.);
You will link securities and cash positions with the custodian;
You will analyze rejections and enter any non-automated transactions as well as the differences in the valuation of financial instruments and the overall value of the fund;
You will monitor the start-up of new internal funds;
You will be in contact and exchange internally with the different teams of the Operations Department and externally with the custodian banks;
You will analyze unreconciled transfers in the order-passing tool and alert the appropriate team;
You will monitor and value a portfolio of banks that you will make available in the reporting tool.
You will contribute to the implementation of solutions to improve and facilitate the processing time of tasks related to the activity.
Profile
You have obtained a Bac+3 in the field of insurance, accounting, banking or in a field related to the financial sector;
You have a first successful experience in the field of life insurance or banking/funds with knowledge of life insurance and financial products;
You speak French and English perfectly. Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset;
You are familiar with asset management tools such as CHORUS, GP3, Soliam, Multifonds as well as Bloomberg and Telekurs;
You are dynamic, curious, organized and you like numbers as well as customer contact.
