Aztec Group - Internship programme for 2026

Our structured internship programme offers valuable insight into the alternative assets industry. Get a head start in your career through an internship with Aztec and explore the world of work in a diverse and supportive environment. We're always looking for new talent, and this programme will introduce you to the Aztec world in financial services and open the door to future career opportunities.

We are proposing end-of-studies internships, for a duration of 6 months from January 2026 until June 2026. You will be assigned to one of our teams, in the Private Credit Department, in Fund Administration.

What you'll do

  • Develop core business skills including soft skills and technical training
  • Gain hands-on experience to day-to-day fund administration operations
  • Build additional knowledge in the administration of funds and fund structures
  • Follow a structured training programme, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues
  • Opportunity to gain additional relevant qualifications during your internship
  • Introduction to clients and stakeholder management
  • Exposure and training on our IT systems  
  • Understand the importance and management of risk
  • Gain insight into our high touch, high tech approach to client service 
  • Take part in networking, meetings and social events
  • Expand your understanding of our career opportunities to support your future career goals

Your skills

  • Studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant subject (being within your last year of studies), 
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, 
  • Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients,
  • Ability to prioritise and time manage workload,
  • A drive to learn and positive attitude,
  • Good attention to detail,
  • A team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun
  • Being available to start in January 2026, for a duration of 6 months,
  • Being able to have an Internship Agreement with your university.  

Make a good impression and you could be offered a permanent position as a Junior Fund Administrator following the end of your internship.
