In order to reinforce our dynamic and growing team, within our Luxembourg based AIFM entity, we are currently looking for a:

Senior Administrator - Portfolio Management Analyst – AIFM (M/F)

​

YOUR PROFILE

​

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or comparable education;

  2. At least four years of proven experience in a portfolio/asset management function in the funds sector or management company in Luxembourg;

  3. A clear and deep knowledge of the PE/RE sector including the valuation methodologies and market risks, any other alternative funds exposure such as Debt would be considered as a significant asset;

  4. Able to fluently communicate in English and French, in written and verbally, any other language being an asset;

  5. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the AIFM activities, organisation and environment, including risk management, relationship management, contractual and statutory obligations related to Luxembourg regulated investment funds;

  6. Able to take responsibility, prioritise, use initiative and to get on with others as a team player;

  7. Demonstrate motivation, positive and constructive approach, good organisational capabilities, excellent client service attitude and proactivity.

YOUR MISSION

​

You will be involved in the day to day life of a portfolio of Luxembourg Alternatives Investments Funds. You will report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management of the AIFM. Some of the duties include:

​

  1. Be in charge of the organisation, preparation and participation in investment committees and valuation committees of the funds under management;

  2. Be the point of contact with the investment advisors of the funds for all investment related activity;

  3. Assess and analyse the potential investments for the Investment Committees;

  4. Ensure the compliance of the investment strategies with the investment policies of the funds;

  5. Monitor the execution of investments and disinvestments according to the decision of the Investment Committees;

  6. Report to the Conducting Officer on a regular and ad-hoc basis, providing insight into the performance of fund portfolios;

  7. Prepare and review investment documents to the attention of the Board of the funds and concerned auditors;

  8. Assist on the client relationship management, onboarding of new funds and ensure oversight control on the external valuers;

  9. Be responsible of the policies and procedures related to the portfolio management activities.
