Position Overview

We are seeking for an experienced professional to join our Funds Services Department as a Senior Fund Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing second‑level controls and validating NAV calculations for delegated fund accounting services of intra‑group UCITS funds. You will ensure that all central administration services—such as fund accounting, reporting, transfer agency, and domiciliary support—are delivered accurately and in line with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

You will also play a key part in supporting third‑party alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs), ensuring the quality and completeness of services provided to them. Acting as a safeguard for compliance and accuracy, you will help maintain the integrity of the Fund Services department's operations while ensuring that client expectations are consistently met.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Executing calculation of the Net Asset Value of third-party funds in accordance with internal procedures and SLA signed with the clients.
• Maintaining daily accounting records and cash and portfolio reconciliation.
• Processing of fund's invoices and expenses, cash-flow management.
• Preparation of financial statements of the funds.
• Preparation and transmission of statistical reporting to the regulatory authorities.
• Co-ordination of the funds audit and follow-up on auditor requests.
• Control of investment restrictions and follow-up of breaches with the Fund Managers

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Fund Administration industry, covering alternative investment funds (including PE funds), UCITS or plain vanilla AIF.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Have prior experience in Private Equity transactions including collection of target investments documentation will be considered an advantage.
• Have overall knowledge of the whole fund activity business (custody, transfer agent, corporate services…).
• Have good proficiency of Microsoft office tools.
• Are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Greek will be appreciated.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
