We are currently recruiting an experienced Investment Fund Lawyer for a global and multicultural law firm, established in multiple countries and on several continents.

Present in several jurisdictions, this law firm has built a solid reputation since its creation, growing steadily to serve a prestigious and international client base spanning across the globe.

Its full-service approach covers a wide range of practice areas, including Banking & Finance, Corporate Law/M&A, Public Law, Litigation, and of course, Investment Funds. Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Lawyer – Funds – AIF – Law firm – Legal - Avocat

• You are responsible for the fund set-up and structuring, and handling the day-to-day legal matters and formalities related to these.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.
• You represent the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.
• You of course draft all necessary legal documentation such as articles of association or Limited Partnership Agreements, and all contracts necessary to the set-up.
• You work with Alternative Investment funds and are also highly skilled with these types of funds.

• With at least 5 years of experience as an investment fund lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, you have been able to focus on offering a quality-oriented service. Experience acquired in a Magic Circle or international firm is an additional asset.
• You can easily communicate in English, meaning that you can hold professional conversations without any issue with international clients. You will deal with regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.
• You of course obtained a Master degree in Law and are a member of the Luxembourg Bar. You are also very interested in the investment industry in Luxembourg.
• You enjoy coaching and have had the opportunity to do so, or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
• You have a stable career path and care about investing yourself long-term in a law firm.
