Internal Control Officer (M/F/X)

Manpower Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Internal Control Officer to join the Internal Control Unit of a prestigious institutional client.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of the Internal Control Unit, your main duties will include:
Maintaining the Risk and Control Matrix in Hopex
Performing Control Testing (design and operating effectiveness testing)
Ensuring proper linkage between the Risk & Control Matrix, institutional processes, and the outcomes of other control functions
Tracking actions and ensuring timely closure
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
University degree (Bachelor minimum) in Law, Political Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Control
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); any additional EU language is an asset
- Required competencies
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a client-focused, high-quality environment
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Rigorous, structured, and analytical approach, with creativity for problem-solving
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts
