Client Description:

Manpower Luxembourg is seeking a Compliance & Internal Controls Officer to support an institutional client within its Best Market Practices and Compliance Monitoring activities.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Best Market Practices (BMPs) Compliance Monitoring & Reporting framework.

  • Review relevant EU regulations applicable to BMPs and assess related internal controls.

  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including the migration of BMPs and controls into a Governance-Risk-Compliance (GRC) tool (Mega Hopex).

  • Perform internal control pilot testing and contribute to the strengthening of the internal control environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Profile

  • University degree (postgraduate preferred) in Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or related fields.

  • Additional academic or professional certifications in these areas are considered an asset.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in non-financial risk or compliance activities (regulatory compliance, internal controls…).

  • Required Competencies

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong capacity for innovation and adaptability.

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.

  • Resilience, ability to perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Rigorous and structured approach combined with creativity for problem-solving.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external counterparts.

  • Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and initiative; team-oriented.

    • Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent command of English (oral and written); any additional EU language is beneficial.
