Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to drive both our product vision and our project execution to scale our offerings and accelerate growth.
As the Chief Project & Product Officer, you will combine deep product leadership with rigorous project management discipline. You will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, leading end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensuring successful delivery of complex IT initiatives. You will also build and mentor cross-functional teams, foster innovation, and work closely with the executive team to translate business objectives into technical and product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company's business goals.
- Use market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to identify opportunities, set priorities, and validate product direction.
- Innovate new product ideas, features, and business models; drive a culture of experimentation.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements definition, design, development, launch, to post-launch iteration.
- Define and track key metrics (KPIs) to measure product performance, engagement, and business impact.
- Make data-driven decisions, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Project Management & Delivery
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of strategic IT projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Implement and maintain efficient project governance, risk management, and reporting structures.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead high-performing teams — product managers, project managers, designers, engineers, etc.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members; foster an entrepreneurial, innovative, and results-oriented culture.
- Establish processes and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean) that balance speed with discipline.
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the executive leadership team (CEO, CTO, CFO, etc.) to align product and project initiatives with business strategy.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders (including board, partners, customers).
- Represent the company in external settings (e.g., conferences, customer meetings) as a product evangelist.
Entrepreneurial & Strategic Impact
- Drive new business opportunities, leveraging both product innovation and operational execution.
- Identify and evaluate partnerships, M&A, or strategic investments related to product growth.
- Act with a founder mindset: own P&L for products, make high-stakes decisions, and adapt rapidly in a changing environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience: At least 7+ years in IT product management and project management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven experience launching new products, leading innovation, or operating in a startup / scale-up environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and translate it into executable plans.
- Technical Acumen: Good understanding of software development processes, architecture, and technology trends.
- Project Management Skills: Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), risk management, and delivery governance.
- Leadership & People Skills: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, coaching, and scaling teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset; comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and user data to drive product and project decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior leadership, investors, or clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience in a fast-growing tech company or startup.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B products, or enterprise software.
- Prior P&L responsibility or experience in business operations.
- Experience with fundraising, partnerships, or M&A.
- International experience or managing distributed teams.
