**About the role**

Fantastic opportunity to join my client - European Asset Management Firm for this entry level role. We are looking for dynamic and hands-on Administrative Assistant with excellent organization and communication skills. You will support 5 Corporate Officers and also work on your projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Follow up on legal document execution including signature management (physical and electronical signatures).
- Reviewing, tracking and maintaining documents; following-up to obtain information as necessary.
- Managing incoming legal invoices on ONIT/Billing Point.
- Support and work closely with the Company Secretarial team on related tasks - including filing of documents with the RCS, RBE, etc.

**Your Profile**
- 6 month internship experience gained in Luxembourg.
- Bachelor degree educated.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and B level French.
