We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join an independent and medium-sized group located south of Luxembourg City.

Due to its international and growing operations, we are currently seeking an Administrative Sales Officer specifically for the German market.

As part of a dynamic and friendly team of 6 people, you will provide support to one of its sales directors and the sales pool when needed.

**Your main responsibilities**:
**Administrative tasks**:
Manage proposals and customer files, including document preparation and follow-up;
Take ownership of project development and implementation, ensuring project objectives are met;
Serve as a liaison between the sales manager and other office departments;
Ensure high-quality customer service;
Manage scheduling and planning.

**Acquisition of new prospect**:
Identify potential customers and establish direct and indirect contacts;
Develop acquisition channels.

**Marketing and analysis of the German market**:
Conduct market analysis;
Perform performance analysis;
Assist in implementing the marketing plan and action plans;
Support event organization.

You have a strong affinity for administrative tasks;
You are interested in market research and economics;
You have analytical and synthetic thinking abilities;
You are conscientious, organized, and quick-witted;
You are proactive and solution-oriented;
You are fluent in German and English, with knowledge of French considered a plus;
You have a good command of the Office package.
