Dein Beitrag:
- Du führst und entwickelst ein engagiertes Customer Service-Team, um ein hohes Serviceniveau sicherzustellen.- Eigenverantwortlich bearbeitest du nationale und internationale Angebotsanfragen und erstellst Vertragsunterlagen.- Du koordinierst die Aktivitäten im Customer Service, um die Arbeitsabläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern und das Sales Team zu unterstützen.- Eine effektive Kundenkommunikation gewährleistest du überwiegend per E-Mail und unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Reklamationen.- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Salesmanagern, Fachabteilungen und der Geschäftsführung in crossfunktionalen Meetings gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service wird ebenso erwartet wie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit gegenüber dem Team und den Kunden der pharmazeutischen Industrie, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, ist von Bedeutung- Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise werden vorausgesetzt, ebenso wie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifendem Denken kombiniert mit Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit.- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Word und Excel, idealerweise auch Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics, sowie sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
