**Job description**:
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an **experienced Service Desk agent**speaking **French, English, German and Luxembourgish,**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Mainly in the financial field, you will have** to adapt yourself** to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- ** Involvement in customer projects** will also be expected.
More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:

- Support on **network** infrastructure,
- ** Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,**:

- ** Monitoring**critical systems,
- Participation to **infrastructure improvement projects.**

**Job requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like **:Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...**:

- ** Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish,**:

- ** Open-mindedness and readiness**to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong **team spirit and customer orientation.**:

- Very important: given the** 24/7 service**provided to customers,** availability to work nights and weekends** is required.
- ** ITIL certification** would be a valuable asset.
