**Tadaweb is a scale-up technology company providing an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that magnifies the impact of investigative and analytical teams. Over the past 10 years, Tadaweb has become a leader in the collection and enrichment of information to effectively scale analysts’ impact. Our SaaS platform follows ethical principles, only relying on publicly available information.**
You will work on new platform sales into the public safety and national security sector across Western Europe, excluding France and UK. Tadaweb is a Luxembourg-based scale-up with customers in France, UK, Luxembourg and Canada and is looking to expand into other countries in Western Europe.
**Scope of work**:
- Responsible for the development and execution of a go-to-market plan, with our input from 10 years of operating in the region. Your goal is to find customers who want to elevate their OSINT capabilities by using Tadaweb.
- Responsible for sales strategy and execution, including territory prioritisation, networking, prospecting and managing your sales pipeline.
- You will prove how our platform can solve a prospect’s use-cases by working with Tadaweb’s OSINT tradecraft experts, we call them Information Ninjas.
- You will lead the commercials of a structured evaluation and then lead contract negotiations until the close. After signature, the Ninjas take on customer success responsibilities whilst you return to look for the next new logo, or expand further into that new customer.
**Your profile**:
- 5+ years of experience selling complex software to the public sector in one or more European countries.
- Domain expertise in cybersecurity, open source intelligence, threat intelligence, law enforcement investigations, research, public safety and/or national security
- Technical savvy to develop deep expertise in the Tadaweb product suite and its use-cases
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to sell innovative solutions into a new market. Seriously, this is really important
- You will have a competitive desire to win, and act with the principles of integrity and honesty
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent in a Western European language (B2)
- Excellent English (B2): our language for collaborating outside of local markets
- Citizen of a European Union country, with an active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
**You get bonus points if you have the following**
- Depth of experience in the public safety and/or national security community, ideally having worked in both the public and private sector.
- Network of public sector decision makers and budget holders
- Deep knowledge of the commercial ecosystem including system integrators, cloud solution providers, consultants, advisors, trade associations, etc.
- Track record of sales involving structured evaluations for enterprise software, managed services and/or solution sales of professional services

This role will be based in either the Tadaweb Luxembourg or Paris office with initial training requiring time in Luxembourg, Paris and London to meet colleagues and learn the product differentiators.
