The role of this position is to be the intermediate between the Sheetpiles sales team and the different subcontractors in terms of subcontracting services follow-up The role of this position is to be the intermediate between the Sheetpiles sales team and the different subcontractors in terms of subcontracting services follow-up The role of this position is to be the intermediate between the Sheetpiles sales team and the different subcontractors in terms of subcontracting services follow-up The role of this position is to be the intermediate between the Sheetpiles sales team and the different subcontractors in terms of subcontracting services follow-up (planning and follow-up of the subcontracting activities, not the handling of the technical aspect) The main tasks are: Daily follow-up of the subcontracting activies. Ensure that the subcontracting activities are going on as planned to be in line with the customer delivery plan Create the purchase order for te subcontracting activities and provide the document to the subcontractor Ensure that the subcontractor get all the necessary documents (PO, drawings, certificates,) on time to start the subcontracting activities Goods receipt of the subcontracting services in SAP Handle any deviation (rolling issue, order postponement, subcontracting issue,.) and organize the action plan to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure physical and IT properly cleaned after the order is fully delivered Backup of the subcontracting planning and lead time determination process to answer sales requests
**Profil**
Team spirit English, German and French mandatory. Rigorous and organized Good knowledge of SAP
