Halian, an international group based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our local team.
Your Responsibilities
- Your main mission will be to identity training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business Managers, to expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the company and the individual.
- Onboarding and Career Management:
- Guiding new employees to become fully integrated within the company
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Ensuring the daily follow-up of our talents
- Building strong and long-term relationships with our talents
- Learning and Development:
- Evaluating individual and organizational development needs
- Gathering the training requests and building a training strategy in line with our talents, clients and Halian needs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of learning methods and trainings programs
- Delivering e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and trainings
- Assisting in the development of Employee retention strategies
- Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience and familiarity with trainings schemes, e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems
- At least 3 years in a similar position
- You are fluent in English and French
- You are eager to learn and have ability to multitask
- You are flexible and able to set priorities
- You are a good communicator and listener
- You are a good team player and a people person
- Well-organized
