**Position Overview**

The **Learning** **& Development Specialist **is responsible for building & maintaining learning content by

selecting relevant information, contextualizing, and tailoring it to specific learner needs to make it

available. He/she will also have to source users’ feedback to improve and adapt existing learning &
development content. In addition to that, he/she drives small, medium, and large-size learning

initiatives and learning solutions, acting as a trainer and facilitator.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide project management for organization-wide learning projects/initiatives as required including budget planning, monitoring, execution and closing
- In collaboration with the Learning Digital solutions designer, provide advice on learning best practice, design and presenting to the business when required.
- Maintain, update and continuously improve learning catalogue and offering.
- Generate management reports to track participation and effectiveness of learning
- programs
- Produce communication material and internal marketing of learning offerings.
- Search for and collect information from multiple sources and structure into a systemic learning offering
- Review and select data/content in order to fit learners’ needs & integrate them

**Requirement for the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent training facilitation and presentation skills, ability to create & share compelling stories in an engaging manner.
