Learning and Development Administrator Intern

This internship offers a unique chance to gain experience in the field of learning and development. As a member of the L&D team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative duties and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
Your Responsibilities:- • Actively participate in training session organization (invite attendees, room booking, etc.)
• Produce and maintain accurate records of L&D activities in our Learning Management System, in compliance with procedures (e.g. creation and closing of training sessions)
• Provide weekly statistics and relevant reports of L&D activities for better decision making by internal stakeholders (e.g. training evaluations reports, learning history reports and others L&D metrics)
• Liaise with internal clients and external training providers to achieve deliverables
• Provide administrative support to the L&D team to help achieve development goals
• Raise purchase orders for training-related costs and liaise with our Finance Department for invoicing and expenses processing
• Manage the L&D inbox/ticketing system and connect with relevant L&D coordinators to ensure all queries are dealt with in due time
• Support the L&D team through ad-hoc projects as required
• Take part in the INFPC reporting process
- • Ability to prioritize and manage requests in a timely manner and ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Curiosity and flexibility to understand and learn new processes
• Good command of MS Office suite (especially in Excel)
