Learning Development Specialist

Job Summary
This role involves the design, delivery, and evaluation of engaging learning programs across various topics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop impactful training content and methodologies.
- Create engaging presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and instructional materials using a variety of learning approaches.
- Implement methods to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate learning activities using instructional techniques that cater to different learning styles and maximize participant comprehension.
- Manage training logistics, including setting up training rooms or virtual platforms, audiovisual equipment, and materials.
- Contribute to administrative processes, provide technical assistance, evaluate digital learning content, and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and methodologies.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants and course commissioners.
- Facilitate learning activities using various instructional techniques.
- Manage training logistics and setup.
- Contribute to administrative processes and provide technical assistance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning.
- Experience in the full training cycle.
- Ability to define aims, objectives, and course content with internal subject matter experts.
- Experience in designing and creating eLearning material is an advantage.
- Authorization as an Aviation Security Instructor is an advantage.
- Experience with Articulate Course Creation Software, SAP Enable Now, or equivalent is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage.
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrate excellent communications skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
- Full-time temporary position based in Luxembourg.
- Occasionally flexible with working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Seniority of the position depends on work experience.
