Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Corporate Officer, you will play a vital role in the corporate administration of client entities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Corporate Documentation Preparation: Drafting essential corporate documents such as board resolutions, private and extraordinary general meeting minutes, shareholder resolutions, agreements, and proxies, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Bank Account Management: Leading the process for opening and maintaining bank accounts for client entities, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with banks.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Acting as a key contact for various stakeholders, including clients, notaries, banks, and depositaries, facilitating smooth interactions and meeting deadlines.
  • General Assembly Organization: Preparing and coordinating general assembly meetings, including assembling documentation, managing schedules, and meeting compliance requirements for timely execution.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of academic knowledge, relevant experience, and a proactive attitude:

  • Educational Background: Ideally, you hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in law, economics, or a related field; however, this is not mandatory if you possess relevant experience and skills.
  • Experience: Between 6 months and up to 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within corporate services or legal support.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, with strong command for professional use.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, with the ability to quickly adapt to any additional software the company uses.
