**Senior Manager legal & Corporate Services**

As a Senior Manager Legal & Corporate Services at Intertrust you have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of passionate and talented people. **Some of the things you’ll be doing**:
As our Manager Legal & Corporate Services, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day legal, corporate and administrative affairs relating to your portfolio of client companies. Your typical day will see you working on wide range of diverse and dynamic projects, including:

- Supervision of a team of S/RML and corporate assistants.
- Working closely with our clients to structure their lease, finance, securitisation, bond issues, holding structures and private equity funds as well as corporate governance.
- Guiding our clients through more complex legal issues.
- Maintaining client list up to date.
- Actively managing team members by providing technical support and expertise, management of timesheets and other administrative matters.
- Ensuring the communication between the various involved departments (accountants, compliance, finance etc ).
- Check the chargeability target by reviewing the time sheets on a weekly basis.
- Weekly meeting with the legal team (planning of the week, deliverables, urgencies, etc.).
- Coordination, supervision, and participation in the on-boarding of new clients.
- Supervision and delegation of tasks to our COE.
- Overseeing the portfolio of more complex clients.
- Reviewing of Legal Documents.
- In general, assisting the management team to meet the budget as forecasted.

**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**
- Ideally have experience in Luxembourg, especially in corporate law
- Have a real passion for what they do and why they do it.
- Want to succeed, grow, be challenged and challenge others.
- Are driven, confident, flexible, and engaged.
- Hold a Master’s degree or professional studies in law with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
- Are (future) leaders/managers that can support, encourage, and develop more junior colleagues.
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered an advantage.
- Have proven experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environment.
