We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will work on a portfolio of B2B Customers and prospects, from initial contact to closing deals through phone calls, Teams meetings, and site visits.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities within the market.
  • Pursue initiatives to grow sales activities.
  • Meet monthly targets based on call activity and invoiced sales.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above required.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in French, German, and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset.
  • Experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of the recruitment market and trends.
