Administrative Assistant Position in Luxembourg

About Us:

Castegnaro, a leading law firm in Luxembourg, offers an exceptional work environment that fosters client relationships and innovation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team of legal professionals.

Your Role:

  • You will support our lawyers with various administrative tasks, including preparing court documents, updating records, and managing correspondence.
  • File & Client Management: You will welcome clients, organize files, handle correspondence, and maintain client records in Avonca.
  • Document Management: You will draft, proofread, and format legal documents, as well as archive them.
  • Scheduling: You will coordinate calendars, meetings, conferences, and deadlines for our lawyers, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: You should have experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • Languages: You must have a strong command of French and English (German or Luxembourgish is a plus).
  • Skills: You should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attributes: You must be trustworthy, discreet, proactive, and flexible.
  • Requirements: A secretarial degree or certification is preferred, and you must have a clean criminal record.
