Our Mission

In this Sales Contract Account Manager role, you will be responsible for managing Framework Contracts, developing business with existing and potential new EUI, and selling IT products and services. You will support process improvements, develop customer/supplier relationships, and collaborate with the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Framework Contracts, focusing on governance, strategy, partnership, and process.
  • Develop business with existing and potential new EUI, selling IT products and services within the scope of the Framework Contract.
  • Support and improve processes related to business needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer/supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with back office, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
  • Create and maintain a rolling multi-year IT/business strategy plan.
  • Generate new business based on EUI needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an IT environment. You should have a proven experience in Framework contract management, be fluent in French and English, and have good technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also required.
