TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our Central Sales organization, the Sales Operations Manager is key to drive accurate and efficient operations whilst maintaining high quality of service and demonstrating professional and structured customer management. It associates team functional coordination and process management acting in close cooperation with our sales team in a multi-sites international working environment.- Sales Operations: Guide and support daily operations in the scope of quotations, order fulfilment, account receivables, logistics, complaints handling, customer master data and contracts management- Business Support: Provide guidance and assistance in the scope of supply chain, tools, processes, analytics and customers interactions-
- S&OP: Drive demand review and coordinate the process with various production plants in Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and France- Demand Management: Budget & forecast with sales teams and sales analytics support, manage priorities and escalation, define & execute supply models and trigger specific action plans for unbalanced situations- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and limit devaluation to a minimum

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Management- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain management- Speaking fluently French, German and English both written and spoken- Strong analytical and structure problem-solving skills- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)- Travel required (20% working time)
