Developing business opportunities and managing the entire sales process. It is within reach with this full-time job as account manager in **Windhof** **Luxembourg (Hybrid)**. We are **Sales** within **Athlon**. Getting you there.
**Your road to success**
Left or right, you are responsible for the sales process from sale to delivery. You manage your customer relation portfolio by maintaining contact with customers at a tactical level. With the eye on strategic sales objectives you will turn leads into long-term partners while you organise and plan the entire process efficiently. You can do this as account manager with full focus on:
- being your customers’ partner in tactical decisions and the primary contact for drivers for their day-to-day questions.
- visiting clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to monitor their satisfaction levels, give expert advice, and provide leasing offers.
- ensuring follow-ups with existing customers, their fleet, and new potential opportunities.
- the administrative background for example, planning, reporting visits and progress, and keeping up with agreements of billing, discounts, and deliveries in the CRM tool.
- preparing follow-ups and reports on all internal commercial processes and documents in close collaboration with various departments.

What do you take with you as account manager for at least 40 of hours per week? Absolutely your dynamic attitude, helicopter view, and customer eye. - have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive leasing.
- can “see the forest for the trees” and knows how to prioritise.
- can think outside the box in order to give tactical advice and be a strong partner for your customers.
- have a professional proficiency in French and English. German is a plus.
- have high quality administrative, planning and organisation skills.

In addition to building an (international) career, as an account manager, based on 40 hours per week, you can count on a:
- gross yearly salary up to €59.100;
- (including 13th month).
- contribution-free pension.
- potential bonus up to 10% of your annual salary including 13th month (the bonus is 100% based on Mercedes-Benz company results).
- thirteenth month.
- at least 26 vacation days.
