Job Description

We are seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator to support our growth by providing comprehensive, accurate, and timely HR administrative services. This role will involve supporting the HR team in daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of all HR tasks for our European offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle: Administration and management of onboarding processes, absence management, general HR paperwork, and end-to-end offboarding processes.
  • HR Systems: Input, maintain, and validate accurate HR information within our HRIS (Bamboo) system.
  • HR Generalist Tasks: Support implementation, follow-up, and maintenance of HR policies and tools, contributing to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in HR or Business Administration with prior experience as an HR Assistant or Officer.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • An enthusiastic, service-oriented attitude with a can-do spirit and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package also includes meal vouchers, private health insurance, and 26 days of vacation, offering a great work-life balance in a multicultural environment.
