Administrative Coordinator for Business Law

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Axis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our lawyers and staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, including letters, reports, and contracts.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to ensure their needs are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our administrative team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
As an employee of Axis, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
