PRIIPS Client Coordinator, Senior Associate

**Why this role is important to us**
Acting as Client Coordinator for the KIID/ PRIIPS department, you will oversee the team's deliverables, and will contribute to vendor management, process improvements, general set up and scalability.
**Role available and what you will be responsible for**
As a KIID/ PRIIPS Client Coordinator, you will:
- Assist with project activities (i.e. implementation of regulatory changes, client on-boarding, system changes, milestone planning);
- Perform service oversight function over production hub for each component of KIID/ PRIIPS services: Ongoing charges, Transaction Costs, Risk and Performance, Typeset documents (main task) and Market Templates;
- Help to identify weaknesses in the workflows and come up with proposals for enhancements;
- Efficient communication with fund accounting groups, billing teams and other areas where data is needed, clarification is required, procedures to be implemented and reinforced or deadlines at risk;
- Deal with and respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Monitor team's deliverables, accuracy and timeliness in your daily work;
- Assist with Audits;
- Run and/ or attend internal services review calls.

- High ability to work independently and to identify priorities.
**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate in business related studies, or other discipline in case of previous experience in general accounting or funds industry;
- Minimum 3- years of professional experience in financial services industry, preferably regulatory reporting;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of French would be considered a valuable asset;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint skills are an advantage.
