Job Overview
Sofitex Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations-Administrative Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg.
About the Role
This 2-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a European Institution and gain valuable experience in operations support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the Advisory Assignment Review Committee (ARC) by reviewing assignment pipelines, preparing agendas, and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Collect and process data to maintain the digital OPS Advisory procedures manual up-to-date.
- Support the organization and delivery of meetings, working groups, and events.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and email processing.
- Assist with taking and forwarding messages, setting up conference calls, and handling correspondence.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team.
Requirements
- Certified secondary level education.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience in editing and proofreading documents, designing presentations, and information systems.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and reporting principles.
- Experience in banking systems will be considered an asset.
- Very good knowledge of English.
What We Offer
- An initial contract of 2 months with possible extensions.
- A competitive salary ranging between €3100 and €3250 gross per month, depending on experience.
