Job Overview

Sofitex Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations-Administrative Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg.

About the Role

This 2-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a European Institution and gain valuable experience in operations support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the Advisory Assignment Review Committee (ARC) by reviewing assignment pipelines, preparing agendas, and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Collect and process data to maintain the digital OPS Advisory procedures manual up-to-date.
  • Support the organization and delivery of meetings, working groups, and events.
  • Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and email processing.
  • Assist with taking and forwarding messages, setting up conference calls, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team.

Requirements

  • Certified secondary level education.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in editing and proofreading documents, designing presentations, and information systems.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and reporting principles.
  • Experience in banking systems will be considered an asset.
  • Very good knowledge of English.

What We Offer

  • An initial contract of 2 months with possible extensions.
  • A competitive salary ranging between €3100 and €3250 gross per month, depending on experience.
