Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to promote Customer Success Management (CSM) solutions in North Africa
- Create accountability and drive revenue and profitability results
- Support the sales team in defining the value proposition for CSM solutions
- Travel independently to present CSM solutions to customers
- Integrate CSM solutions into overall sales account strategies
- Work with the CSM sales support organization to identify requirements and build proposals
- Communicate project achievements to customers and identify key performance indicators
- Train the sales force to position CSM solutions independently
- Update the sales force on new products and features
- Be responsible for achieving sales volume and growth targets
- Support sales plans, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Provide feedback on current products to establish new product definitions
Qualifications
- Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Several years of work experience in the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on Product and Sales Management
- Postgraduate studies preferred but not required
- Advanced understanding of Husky's strengths and current markets
- Advanced knowledge of injection molding business drivers and system operation
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to build and present value propositions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project, organization, and time management skills
- Fluency in English, French, or Arabic languages is mandatory
