Business Development Manager
Luxembourg

We ?re looking for an exceptional business developer to identify new commercial opportunities, accelerate their current fast-growing customer deals, and cultivate long-lasting business relationships. You will play a vital role in commercializing advanced space technologies for the local market and developing proposals for unique mission solutions. This dynamic role entails close collaboration with their systems engineering team and their technology teams.

About the Role
- Establish, develop, and maintain beneficial business and customer relationships;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines;
- Coordinate commercial efforts across teams and other departments;
- Keep informed about industry trends, capabilities, and best practices;
- Participate in various industry conferences showcasing the newest company products;
- Successfully align proposed solutions and products with customer needs;
- Maintain high integrity at all times and be an exemplary company representative.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with an international technology company;
- Previous industry experience and involvement with companies;
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting expectations;
- Previous experience with CRM tools;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;
- Willingness to travel occasionally;
- Based in the area or willing to relocate there.

Additional Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of purchase processes, RFP procedures, proposal development, and contract negotiation;
