Notre client est une entreprise manufacturière innovante située en Flandre occidentale. Pour renforcer son équipe, il recherche un:
**Business Development Manager**:
- (Luxembourg)_
**Position**
- Personne de contact pour l'ensemble de la gamme du groupe au Luxembourg.
- Introduire et présenter divers concepts aux architectes, distributeurs et autres clients.
- Traduire la stratégie et les objectifs de vente de la marque premium en résultats au sein des différents canaux.
- Prendre le pouls des différents marchés/relations.
- Identifier les besoins des parties prenantes avec lesquelles vous construisez des relations à long terme.Maintenir et renforcer sa propre position sur le marché.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le back-office et rendre compte au Sales Manager.
**Profile souhaité**
- Niveau baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente.
- Esprit d'entreprise, attitude commerciale et compréhension du processus de construction de A à Z.
- Diplomatique et réservé.
- Création de réseaux et maintien des relations existantes.
- Persuasion avec style, charisme et persévérance.
- Affinité et intérêt pour la gamme de produits (une formation intensive et une courbe d'apprentissage sont prévues).
- Compétences linguistiques professionnelles en néerlandais et en français.
