Job Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients and intermediaries in France. Based in Luxembourg, you will report directly to our Head of Business Development.

  • You will be responsible for acquiring and developing strong partnerships with new clients and intermediaries from and in France.
  • Contribute to the growth strategy and develop the value proposition of the bank.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Develop a growth strategy, build long-term customer relationships, and foster trust with clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions to detect potential commercial opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
  • Attend and coordinate events such as seminars and conferences to expand your portfolio.
  • Utilize our internal CRM system to track business development activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in France.
  • An excellent understanding of products and services required by French private customers and financial intermediaries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • A high level of integrity and ethics.
  • A relevant University background in Finance.
  • Fluent in French and English, with any additional language skills viewed favorably.
  • A results-oriented individual with a strong client focus.
  • Rigorous, organized, and methodical in customer approach actions.
  • Motivated to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive compensation package.
