About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as an administrative assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal teams, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with writing and formatting documents, including letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and filter telephone calls, as well as welcome clients and visitors.
  • Keep accurate records and diaries, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French, with a strong command of MS Office software.
