The Baloise Assurance Luxembourg is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Partner & Client Services team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and partners in the French-speaking market, primarily focusing on brokers, asset managers, and banks.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients and partners. You will act as a first point of contact for sales and partners, handling inquiries related to daily business and general topics.

To achieve this, you will work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Legal, Asset Controlling, and Sales, coordinating tasks and ensuring seamless communication. AML and Compliance play a crucial role in our international business, and you will need to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements.

You will also participate in projects, train junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial or insurance sector
  • Deep knowledge of the French LPS market is an advantage
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; any additional languages are a plus
  • Strong customer orientation, commitment, and autonomy, with excellent organizational skills
  • Rigorous and structured work methodology, with a strong focus on teamwork and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
