About the Role

Join Banque Internationale à Luxembourg as a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and build relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgium.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the bank's growth strategy and develop a value proposition that attracts new customers
  • Research business opportunities and identify potential clients in the Belgian market
  • Bid on and close deals, fostering long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain market knowledge to detect and anticipate commercial opportunities for clients
  • Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and provide excellent after-sales service
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales and experience working with private customers and financial intermediaries
  • Strong network of contacts in the Belgian market and excellent product knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • High level of integrity and ethics, relevant university background in finance, and CFA/CAIA/CISI certifications an advantage
