Business Development Manager

Join Banque Internationale à Luxembourg as a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and build relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgium.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the bank's growth strategy and develop a value proposition that attracts new customers
- Research business opportunities and identify potential clients in the Belgian market
- Bid on and close deals, fostering long-term customer relationships
- Maintain market knowledge to detect and anticipate commercial opportunities for clients
- Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and provide excellent after-sales service
- A proven track record in sales and experience working with private customers and financial intermediaries
- Strong network of contacts in the Belgian market and excellent product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- High level of integrity and ethics, relevant university background in finance, and CFA/CAIA/CISI certifications an advantage
- An estimated salary of €80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location
