Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily facility activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Space Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient use of space, including layout planning and implementation.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the realization of smaller projects, such as minor space modifications, under the guidance of the team lead.
- Event Management: Coordinate and assist in organizing events within the office space, ensuring seamless execution.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare presentations and reports, including meeting minutes, statistics, and records, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Procurement: Assist in procurement activities, including communicating with providers, obtaining proposals, and negotiating purchase orders.
- Service Provider Management: Coordinate and monitor the performance of service providers, ensuring quality delivery and timely communication.
- Education: University degree or equivalent years of experience in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least one year of work experience in operations, facilities management, office administration, or a related field.
- Skillset: Advanced MS Office skills, SharePoint/Teams experience, and fluency in English and French (additional languages are an asset).
- Personal Qualities: Service-oriented, hands-on mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, rigor, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, resilience, flexibility, and adaptability.
We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and cost of living in Luxembourg.
