**Retail Operations Coordinator**

Le Groupe Smets, présent au Luxembourg et en Belgique, recherche un(e) Retail Operations Coordinator.

Lieu de travail:
Vous travaillerez au magasin Flagship du groupe SMETS, au 262, route d’Arlon à Strassen

Description de l’entreprise:
SMETS est un groupe familial créé à Luxembourg en 1986, actif dans le domaine du prêt à porter de luxe. Le groupe créatif et innovant assure la distribution de plus de 150 Maisons de Luxe : Mode et Maroquinerie (Prada, Moncler, Balenciaga, Dior, Fendi, Burberry, Chloe ), Parfums et Cosmétiques (Byredo, Diptyque, Acqua di Parma, Le Labo, L’officine Universelle Buly ), Design (Cassina, Flos, Edra, Vitra ) et Epicerie Fine.

Mission Principale:
En tant que Retail Operations Coordinator, vos tâches sont d’épauler le Store Manager sur les tâches techniques.

**Responsabilités**:
1.

Prioriser les horaires / tâches efficacement pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de la boutique. Allocation efficace des ressources humaines et matérielles. Respect des directives RH relatives au droit social.

2.

Maintenir des inventaires précis et à jour. Les écarts sont justifiés. Les inventaires tournants et annuels se déroulent sans accroc.

3.

Le manager dispose d'une connaissance approfondie des marques vendues ainsi que de leur produit. Se tient au courant des dernières tendances et forme les équipes sur ce point.

4.

Utilise de manière adéquate l'ERP, est capable de trouver l'information cherchée. Se met en relation avec les bonnes personnes en internes en cas de difficultés

5.

Promouvoir et valoriser les actions mises en place par l’équipe Marketing (Master Class, période de solde,)

6.

Former et développer les talents au sein de l'équipe. Prend les contacts avec les maisons et marques pour obtenir des informations pertinentes

**Qualification et compétences**:
1. Expérience : Être en possession d’une expérience dans le domaine du Retail

2. Compétences techniques : avoir un esprit technique/logique

3. Qualités managériales : Être à l’aise avec les relations humaines

La personne doit démontrer des compétences en leadership qui incitent les employés à atteindre et dépasser leurs objectifs. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec le General Store Manager, partage et porte ses idées et celles de la direction auprès des équipes. Aptitude à résoudre les conflits internes de manière professionnelle et efficace.

4. Savoir être

Nous cherchons une personne polyvalente capable d’encadrer des équipes de vente, de s’atteler à des tâches techniques. Des compétences à la fois sociales et sociales et techniques sont donc un atout majeur pour ce poste.

Une connaissance ou une passion pour le secteur du luxe et de la mode est un atout.

**Conditions de travail**
- Horaire : du mardi au samedi, de 11h00 à 19h00
- Contrat : Temps plein
- Rémunération : Une rémunération adaptée aux compétences et au profil de la personne
