We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ume Luxembourg SA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining open and active channels of communication with clients
  • Providing regular progress updates and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Identifying and executing upselling opportunities
  • Understanding and accurately recording client issues and escalating them when necessary
  • Continuously developing suggestions on how ume can improve the platform to better serve client needs

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Outgoing and socially confident
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly proficient in English, with Italian a plus
  • Ability to conduct in-person and online meetings and presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working relationships within the company and ability to support team members
  • Ability to rapidly learn the ume platform and understand its context in the fund management industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
