The ume platform is now market leading and connects hundreds of investment fund managers with thousands of distributors in 100 different countries.
We are looking for an experienced customer success manager who can:
· Establish excellent relationships with investment managers and their fund distributors to understand and respond to their requirements.
· Develop and maintain open and active channels of communication with clients and provide regular progress updates.
· Keep clients referenceable and work with distributors and their counterparties to extend platform use.
· Help users understand how they can best use the platform to meet their business objectives.
· Identify and execute upselling opportunities.
· Understand, accurately record, and escalate, eventual user issues.
· Continuously develop suggestions on how ume can further improve the platform to serve users' needs better.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is outgoing and socially confident.
· Communicates very effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Is highly proficient in English, and possibly Italian. Other languages are an advantage.
· Can successfully conduct in-person and online meetings and presentations.
· Has excellent organizational skills and effectively prioritizes their task and workload to serve users proactively and within service level deadlines.
· Is flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
· Fosters and maintains strong working relationships within the company and proactively supports all team members.
· Has the analytical skills to accurately understand and articulate users' requirements.
· Is a quick study with the ability to rapidly learn the ume platform and understand its context in the fund management industry.
· Can proficiently use the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
