**Responsibilities**:
**Mission**:Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) as a business unit of Société Générale Global Banking & Investor Services (SG GBIS) provides a full range of securities services in all markets and across all asset classes to our clients.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Relationship Management, the Sales Manager is responsible for further developing and enriching the SGSS client base whilst also proactively positioning our product toolbox and service offering.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Establish and deploy a sales plan based on the Strategic Development Roadmap defined by the Group
- Implement direct prospecting actions and cycles in coordination with other SG divisions
- Foster a collaborative international working environment in sourcing new business opportunities which are in-line with our growth aspirations
- Carefully manage the Deal Workflow throughout the sales cycle and coordinate within internal Project and Governance Teams to ensure a smooth landing of each new mandate
- Actively identify new service and product opportunities
- Support the Product Engineering teams in their development efforts of new products or improvement of existing products
- Promote the value proposition of our Asset Services business and represent SGSS at industry events and working groups

**Profile required**:
**Operational skills**:

- Advanced level of English
- Basic level of French
- Abilitiy to work both autonomously and also in a team environment
- Be thorough in managing sales cycles and engage internal and external stakeholders to achieve set goals
- Seek to contribute to the COV roadmap in suggesting new viewpoints and go-to-market solutions

**Behavioral skills**:

- Act as ambassador of the Group both locally within SGSS, internationally within SG and of course externally towards client, prospects and partners
- Contribute to the positive transformation of SGSS from an external image perspective and by increasing our client base and market share within carefully selected asset classes and activities
- Position submitted to MIFID 2
