AmeXio est à la recherche d’un(e) Sales Manager afin de répondre aux demandes grandissantes et de renforcer son équipe commerciale sur le long terme.

Votre quotidien sera:

- La recherche active de nouveaux clients sur le BELUX.
- Le développement et le maintien d’une base de comptes existants.
- Le développement continu de votre réseau.
- Gestion et maintien de la relation client en véritable « Business Partner » de vos clients et prospects.
- La vente de l’ensemble des services d’Amexio, Portfolio constamment grandissant.
- La gestion en toute autonomie du cycle complet de la vente de projets, de solutions et de missions en régie (staffing).
- La présentation des profils aux clients et accompagnement de ceux-ci en entretien.

Profil:
De Junior à Sénior

Compétences requises:

- Professionnel expérimenté en vente de services IT (projets, solutions, staffing).
- Vous aimez la prospection active et la création de relations à long termes avec vos clients.
- Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans le détachement de consultants IT.
- Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans la vente de projets et de solutions informatiques.
- Grande qualité de communication en Anglais et Français, tout autre langue est un atout.
- Capable de travailler en grande autonomie et d’organiser vos plans d’actions commerciales.

Compétences appréciées mais non obligatoires:

- Expérience en GED-ECM-CCM ou outils IBM.

Softskills:

- Curiosité et à l’écoute des clients et du marché.
- Faim d’apprendre en permanence.
- Ouvert d’esprit et organisé.
- Comportement proactif.

Pré-requis:

- Permis de conduire (EU).
- Permis de travail valide.
- Bon niveau en Français et Anglais.
- Force de proposition.
- Bonne communication & travail en équipe
- Curiosité saine et bonne écoute.
