**Le groupe Cycas se déploie au Luxembourg avec l'ouverture de l'hôtel XNOTO à l'été 2025 et recrute sa OPENING TEAM pour cette aventure unique **

L'hôtel XNOTO ouvrira ses portes à l'été 2025 au sein du premier concept de lieu de vie "all-in-one" en Europe. Stratégiquement situé à Wickrange, dans le sud-ouest du Luxembourg, au carrefour des liaisons de transport du pays vers les frontières belge, française et allemande, ce pôle d'attractivité de 42 000 m² promet d'offrir une expérience de divertissement unique et inégalée, attirant à la fois les touristes, les passionnés de voitures, les professionnels, les amateurs d'art et les personnes simplement en quête de divertissement ou désireuses de faire du shopping.

Le complexe multifacettes reposera sur trois piliers : passion & mobility ; food, art & leisure ; work & stay. Il comprendra un espace Motorworld de 18 500 m² avec plus de 200 voitures de collection exposées, 7 000 m² de commerces, un business center de 900m2, 10 000 m² de bureaux, une exposition et salle d'immersion numérique, 1600m2 espaces de réception, un food hall pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 400 personnes, 1 500 places de parking et l’hôtel XNOTO qui comptera 133 chambres.

L'hôtel XNOTO, faisant partie intégrante de ce complexe, se distinguera par un design alliant élégance et art de vivre, offrant à ses visiteurs un séjour inoubliable au cœur de ce nouveau concept innovant et dynamique.

L'hôtel sera géré par l'opérateur paneuropéen primé Cycas Hospitality dans le cadre de son premier accord de gestion hôtelière avec Félix GIORGETTI S.à r.l.

**UN/E SALES MANAGER**

Avec l’aide et le soutien de Cycas Hospitality, le/la Sales manager participe à la préouverture de l’hôtel et aura pour mission principale la mise en place du département Commercial / Ventes sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Ventes Régional avec qui il/elle formera un duo dynamique et ambitieux.

Participation à la mise en place et organisation du département, définition de la segmentation, définition du compset, élaboration du plan d’action commercial, prospection et démarchage tout est à faire

Il/elle mène des actions de prospection et de démarchage intensives pour établir et développer le portefeuille clients.

Il/elle mène des actions commerciales ciblées pour atteindre les objectifs fixés en termes de chiffre d’affaires.

Il/elle assure une veille concurrentielle constante et se tient en permanence informé(e) des tendances des marchés.

Il/elle contribue à la notoriété des hôtels et veille à la fidélisation du portefeuille clients.

Il/elle contribue à la gestion administrative du département.

**SAVOIR FAIRE**:

- Maitriser les techniques de vente et de négociation
- Aptitude en management d’équipe
- Savoir faire preuve de capacité d’analyse
- Goût prononcé pour les chiffres et leur traitement
- Savoir établir et piloter un budget
- Comprendre l’hôtellerie - restauration (habitudes, coutumes, etc )
- Maitriser impérativement l’anglais + une 3ème langue si possible
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, informatiques et la messagerie

**FORMATION & EXPERIENCE**:
Etudes commerciales et trois ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire

Expérience dans un contexte d’ouverture : un plus

Rémunération : €60.000,00 à €72.000,00 par an
