**Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) Teamlead Customer Care Desk (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités situées à Luxembourg**
En tant que Leader du service à la clientèle chez OTIS, vous êtes responsable des tenants et aboutissants du service à la clientèle. Vous gérez une équipe de 5 employés mais participez également à l'opérationnel.
**Responsabilités**
- Maintenir le contact avec les clients internes et externes par le biais de divers canaux de communication.
- Conseiller de manière proactive la direction d'OTIS dans le domaine de la gestion financière et de l'expérience client ;
- Veiller à ce que l'administration financière, opérationnelle et juridique des contrats soit effectuée correctement conformément aux procédures applicables aux clients internes et externes.
- Identifier et analyser les tendances du marché et de notre secteur et les traduire en actions concrètes afin de maximiser le résultat final.
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes sales et chantiers afin que tous les dossiers de comptes clients soient traités avec rapidité et qualité.
- Gérer et diriger les dossiers juridiques en collaboration avec votre direction.
- En tant que chef d'équipe, l'accent n'est pas mis sur les tâches de gestion, mais sur la coordination des activités au sein du service à la clientèle. Vous êtes responsable du fonctionnement de l'équipe.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers le client et le service
- Vous donnez la priorité au client et répondez à ses souhaits, à ses besoins, à ses plaintes et à ses problèmes.
- Vous êtes capable de sortir des sentiers battus et vous êtes flexible dans la collaboration et clair dans la communication avec les autres départements, vous voulez apprendre des autres et d'autres organisations.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats et la qualité
- Vous êtes entreprenant(e)
- Vous faites preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale, tant en anglais qu’en français, afin de développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.
