Join us as a Business Administration Officer
- You’ll provide a high quality, efficient and professional administration service to internal customers and general support
- We’ll look to you work closely with our Depositary teams and assist with accurately processing and maintaining administrative duties and escalating any issues to management
- This is your opportunity to really make this role your own, allowing senior exposure for your admin work
**What you'll do**:
As a Business Administration Officer, your responsibilities will reside in supporting the Depositary teams in various administrative tasks including coordination of annual regulatory reporting and maintenance of policy & procedure catalogue.
We’ll also look for you to be:
- Sending and receiving records from offsite storage, in line with current procedures
- Reviewing records for appropriate retention periods and destroying records which are no longer needed
- Completing quarterly testing of drives when requested, and completing remediation
- Monitoring stationery, paper supplies and completing order requests for other teams
- Completing quarterly security pass and system access reviews
- Support HR reporting and task for the Luxembourg office
- Function as the Secretary for the Management Committees
**The skills you'll need**:
You’ll have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized with attention to deadlines and deliver high quality work. You enjoy working as part of a team and are at your best in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
