Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual seeking an exciting opportunity in the legal field? We are currently recruiting a Corporate Assistant for a renowned law firm, specializing in business law and serving a diverse range of clients both nationally and internationally.
- Our client, an independent full-service law firm, boasts a team of over 20 lawyers known for their expertise in various legal domains, including commercial law, tax law, real estate, financial law, digital law, and dispute resolution. Committed to excellence and diversity, our client is dedicated to maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment.

As a Corporate Assistant, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, primarily focusing on Corporate M&A operations, including but not limited to:

- Drafting standard legal documents for client requests across multiple jurisdictions.
- Managing document collation, version control, and organization of the data room.
- Liaising with external service providers, including notaries, foreign law firms, and banks.
- Translation of legal documents and maintaining up-to-date structure charts.
- Utilizing IT tools such as EDM, e-signature, and sharepoint for efficient workflow management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and French (both written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in modern IT tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience or equivalent diploma.
